Contract Type: Permanent - 1 x 0.7 FTE based at Market Harborough, also providing cover at the other South Locality Offices at Wigston and Enderby as required.
We wish to recruit an efficient and highly organised individual to join our busy Adult Learning Service Business Support team in the South, to carry out a wide variety of administrative duties within our service, providing support for our tutors and learners alike.

Customer care experience, along with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team are essential, as are excellent communication skills, and a professional and proficient telephone manner.
We provide support to a wide range of Adult Learning classes which includes a variety of both classroom based and online course provision.
The post will include regular evening cover (up to a maximum of two evenings per week), and occasional Saturday working as well.
  • NVQ level 2 qualification in a relevant subject, or an equivalent level of experience relevant to the post.
  • Experience in using MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard.
  • An ability to work with a variety of colleagues and learners from differing backgrounds.
  • To assist in the maintenance of curriculum and learner records, assist fully with the enrolment and accreditation procedures where needed.
  • Processing documentation eg: invoices, orders, timesheets by inputting information, checking for completeness and/or errors, processing routine queries as required.
  • To be willing to travel and work from the other two bases within the locality as and when required.
