This post is an exciting opportunity to join a Shared Service Accounts Receivable Team.
The Finance Service Centre has a strong focus on operational Excellence and delivering a great customer service to our partners and customers. The successful candidate will be part of an Accounts Receivable team but may be required to provide support to the wider team of Customer Services and payments team.
We are looking for an individual who is a good team player; customer focussed and understands the importance of meeting service level agreements whilst processing a large volume of transactions. Accuracy is essential for this role alongside the ability to work flexibly to meet workload demands.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate examples and experience in the following areas:
  • Enthusiastic  Team player
  • Working in a target driven and high volume financial transaction environment
  • Experience in large volume of transaction processing and query resolution
  • Understand an SLA and the importance of meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail with ability to contribute new ideas and ways of working
  • Excellent communicator able to form relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers
