Salary Range
 £19,701 - £20,094

Administration support for the AR Transactional team, including maintenance of receipt files and unallocated / unidentified receipts, investigating customer overpayments, refunding where appropriate and any other adhoc tasks. This is a fast paced environment so the ability to prioritise and meet regular deadlines is a key part of the role.
It is likely that the role will carry out work remotely from home for the majority of the fixed term contract, however, there might be the occasional need to work from the office.
  • The use of ICT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Working in a finance or customer services environment
  • A broad understanding of the finance process such as paying invoices, receiving income and collecting debts
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Clear and concise written communication and good interpersonal / verbal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively resolve general queries by liaising with internal and external colleagues
