We are seeking to appoint a learning Support Assistant for a Y4 pupil with an EHCP for autism.
 
Start date: 29th April 2019
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm term time plus 5 INSET days
This is a full time contract subject to the ongoing support and provision to a particular child

The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding, creative and committed practitioner who will provide classroom; break time and lunchtime support to a pupil with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
 
The successful candidate will:
  • Have experience of working with pupils with ASD in an educational setting
  • Have excellent communication skills both orally and written
  • Have a positive attitude and show initiative
  • Promote the potential of the pupil
  • Be committed to raising standards and accelerating progress for the identified pupil
  • Be able to work well as a team
  • Promote the ethos of the school.
